HR Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementation Recruiting System together with  China recruitment team
• Fill the positions as required by following standardized recruiting policy and being sure recruiting cycle time within the market benchmark 50p
• Make sure the updated recruiting system clear to all level managers in the campus
• Help to facilitate efficient interview training with China recruitment team to educate hiring managers how to conduct efficient interview and define recruiting responsibility
• Together with  China C&B team to fulfill the C&B management
• Collect and analyze the C&B info of local area and support China C&B team to define C&B strategy and policy
• Consult to business managers on labor management issues to make sure our practices effective and legal
• Make sure the local payroll system running effectively
• Work together with relevant HR BP to do training/development needs and provide solution to fulfil the needs
• Organize the provide standard  training/development courses and programs
• Help to facilitate / organize local training and build internal trainers availability

• Update orientation package and employee handbook and have all related materials translated into Chinese
• Help to facilitate expatriate issues to make sure expatriate service efficient
• Plan and organize employee activities in Haiyan such as employee team building and satisfaction
• Make and control responsible Fixed Expense within the budget
• Conduct and analyze exit interview and new employee on-line survey to find problems and retain talents
• Prepare the reports and records for annual audit and other check form the government at any time
• Lead the local HR team and work in a HR matrix organization
• Build and strengthen HR staff's competencies
• Fulfill all personnel management process for HR staff and Support the HR function team, as recruiting, C&B, T&D and ER

Key Requirements:

• Major in HR or related majors; and Bachelor education at least
• Strong knowhow of HR management, including deep understanding of local HR regulations
• More than 6 years HR generalist experience, and more than 2 years experience as HR manager
• HR exp in manufacturing company is preferred; and exp in MNC is must
• Good communication skills, and can influence others well
• Good networking, and can build trustful relationship with internal and external partners
• Good problem solving and can execute HR strategic into effective daily HR work
• Result oriented, and customer-focused
• Proactive, full of energy
