Marketing Supervisor

Our Client is a US Fortune 500 company in FMCG business. Report to: China Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

 E-Commerce platform set up and operation:
  • Set up Tmall store and store in other channels;
  • Maintain store image by updating store design, product display, etc. to optimize user visual experience;
  • Initiate and plan store promotion calendar, develop promotion package and improve item description to increase conversion rate;
  • Work with agency to get Marketing resources from Tmall, e.g. SEO on Taobao and Tmall platform to increase store daily traffic;
  • Conduct data research and competitor analysis to improve store operation;
  • Summarize order information to allocate to different regions;


  • Work with agency closely to plan and execute SEO & SEM;
  • Increase brand awareness on target BBS;
  • Public opinion monitoring and competitor information collecting on digital platforms.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years or above in E-commerce, international company;

• College degree;
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit, innovative problem-solving skills and good communication skills as well as presentation skills;
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented , able to work independently;
• Fluent in English, oral and written;
• Well skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
