HR Director

Our Client is a company dedicated to Electrical Engineering and an expertise with a long history. Its products are mainly distributed in Power Transmission & Distribution, Low Voltage power distribution, Low Voltage Final Power Distribution, Industrial Control and Programmable Logic Controllers, and are widely spread in four major markets: Electric Power, Industry, and Infrastructures, Buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As business partner to collaborate with central function / cluster. Assisting HRVP to implement clear HR strategies to support business development.
  • Drive the deployment of the policies, procedures and programs in the specific HR functional areas as well as acting as internal HR consultant to GSC HR Department on the daily operation of the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Responsible for management process, facilitate and partner with management team to maximize people and organizational performance;
  • Work with Management team to identify leadership development needs, and deliver coaching programs in support of those business needs;
  • Direct organizational development process that includes ongoing talent assessment, management resources planning, organization review, succession planning and capability building;
  • Participates in planning changes in organizational structure at any level within sites/functions in China.
  • Annual employee compensation planning collection, coordination and consolidation. Support annual salary review.

 


Key Requirements:

  • Around 10 years relevant working experience in multinational corporations, working experience in a sizeable business organization is desirable;
  • Strong client / business acumen with the ability to ensure people capability / needs are aligned to overall business strategy;
  • Strong influencing skills - can skillfully influence peers, colleagues and executives management team to promote own ideas;
  • Good at consulting / coaching, include the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Familiar with employment regulations and market practices in China;
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong sense of accountability. Willing to go extra miles to drive for excellence performance
  • Positive thinking, passionate, open minded. Adopt a proactive approach and can do spirit. Able to work under pressure
  • Good English skills
