HR Manager

Our Client is a US MNC. Report to: Director- NBD

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead and optimize talent acquisition related policy, including recruiting policy, headcount allocation guideline, internal transfer policy etc. to be aligned with business development strategy.
2. Provide instructions and consulting for talent acquisition competency requirement and headcount budgeting preparation.
3. Develop and maintain talent development related policies, including training policy, talent development guideline etc. to be align with talent development strategy.
4. Manage and rollout talent development projects all over China, including talent review, talent pool setup, leadership development programs, leadership pipeline program.
5. Provide training, process and tools to instruct local HR and management team to understand talent management so as to drive talent development projects.
6. Assist superior to develop competency for key positions , providing support to short-term or long-term succession plan as well as coaching support to leadership talents.
7. Involve in SEED Campus' annual training needs survey activities, prompting training needs and proposals based on talent development projects.
8. Track training effect for selected training programs so as to analyze training ROI and prioritize training resources.
9. Staffing support for manager level or above, in order to develop new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related.
2. Working Experience: Minimum 8 years' human resources working experience in recruiting, training, talent and leadership developing programs in multinational company.
3. Management Experience: Above 3 years' team management experience
4. Language: Good command of English both in speaking and writing
5. Office skills: Proficiency in Office S/W, including PowerPoint, WORD, EXCEL, Project
6. Other specific skills: Coaching certification is a plus.
