HR and Administration Manager

Our Client is a British MNC. Report to: HR Director

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Having a clear view of strategic mission and goals, knowing well about business plan, devoting to enhancing the comprehensive management standard.
  2. Review and develop Company salary structure, job banding and benefits; Revamp and implement compensation & benefits policies and procedures that support business agenda.
  3. Plan and implement reward activities, including performance management, salary review, bonus scheme and incentive programs in both regional and country levels.
  4. Manage Employee Engagement activities and Employee Relationship.
  5. Responsible for Office Administration including Reception, Vendor management and lead 5S implementation.
  6. Maintaining good relationship with the Labor & Social Security Bureau and HR vendor. Timely obtaining the government and local policy.
  7. Lead Country level HR Project for all divisions as required.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
  2. Proficient in building Human Resources management system, hands-on in HR operations and experiences in managing administration team.
  3. Being familiar with the Chinese Labor law, regulations and policies and company in the respect of Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management.
  4. In-depth knowledge about the legal, accounting, and tax implication of the executive total rewards program for executives at both Chinese companies and multinational companies in China
  5. Familiar with the market trends regarding effective corporate governance and compensation committee.
  6. Highly spirit of dedication and work ethics, excellent ability in inspiration and cohesion.
  7. Having strong capability in learning and analysis, dealing with the problems prospectively.
