HR Manager

Our Client is a famous British Company.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and constantly rationalizing the company's administrative system and its procedures, organizing corresponding implementation and training;
2. Plan, organize and implement recruitment activities, to ensure on time recruitment support to meet each functional requirements at reasonable cost and quality standard;
3. To optimize the training system, organize annual training plan and its implementation within the approved budget;
4. Optimization the compensation, social insurance and welfare systems; Ensure payroll is timely prepared and released according to the prescribed procedures
5. Assist management in establishing performance appraisal systems, rational application of the appraisal results to arouse the enthusiasm of employees, improve the comprehensive quality of employees and their work performance
6. Assist management in comprehensive coordination and communication among functional departments, ensure voice of staff communication channel smooth to improve employee satisfaction
7. Take charge of routine administrative affairs, monitoring the organization and system running, maintain good office environment, and timely report significant matters to the management to ensure the safety of personnel and property
8. Take charge of government projects reporting, collect corresponding policy and reporting channel information, lead the report compiling and coordination follow up, to ensure full applying of national and local preferential policies
9. Other work assigned by the superiors

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree holder, majored in administration or legislation relative fields, over 3 years HR/Admin work experience
2. Solid understanding of Labor Law and other relative legislations/policies both State level and Zhuhai local
3. Has strong business supporting consciousness, with high standards of professional dedication and ethics
4. Strong communication coordination ability and decision-making capacity, can endure high work pressure
5. Good writing ability both in English and Chinese, proficient in office applications
